These plugs don't fit my ears well enough for lap swimming, esp. the left, which leaked almost right away. I'm sure one's ear anatomy has much to do with the adequacy of the fit, but I see from one other review that my anatomy is not the only one that's incompatible with these plugs. I just received the Mack's plugs and haven't tried them in the water yet, but they seem to fit better for me.
