My girlfriend got this thing to work out at home. I don't think she really likes it because she barely uses it. I would say is just taking space in her room. She says is good but I don't believe her She had the Air Climber which she used at least 3 times a week. That one she loved but it kept on breaking cheap material but she saw some good results in 3 weeks.
