Ordered trike and received it in a timely manner, but there were screws + nuts + bolts + washers missing from the box (best guess is that there was a whole bag of parts needed for assembly, and it was absent). The packaging was a clear indicator that the trike had previously been returned, so it seems likely that something happened with the return / resale process. Had to send it back. Very disappointed.
