This is a great set for UL backpacking at less then 8oz. When i go solo I just take the pot with lid which is less then 3 oz. Make sure to get a pot grabber (3$, 1oz) to pull the put off the fire b/c otherwise you'll tip it over or get burned. It dented in my pack, and the detachable handle isn't sturdy enough to remove the pan when full of water/food (bends) but hey, its 7 bucks! Still haven't found anything as light for a reasonable price so i'm sticking with this. Very pleased.Get more detail about Coleman Aluminum Mess Kit.
