This replaces a Nordic Ware bundt pan that I bought over 25 years ago. My old pan developed amnesia and walked out of the house!! This is the best bundt pan in the world! It IS non stick if you pour a spoonful of canola oil in, then spread it around using a paper towel. Then lightly flour the inside before pouring the batter into the pan. Not once have I ever had a problem releasing the cake. ALSO!! Ya gots to wait for it to cool the appropriate amount of time BE-4 YA turn the pan over... otherwise your cake pan will develop a schizophrenic personality and lose touch with reality! It will BREAK your cake into two or more parts if ya don't cool it properly first!
