You can not exchanage these shoes (unworn, in original packaging, two days after receipt) if you order from MetroShoeWarehouse. You can only return them, thereby losing shipping costs both ways, as well as a $4.00 handling fee. Per MSW customer service, this is an Amazon policy. I love Merrell shoes, but these ran small, and I was extremely disappointed with the response I received from MSW's customer service department. I also asked for follow up clarification, and received no response. I will be sure to order shoes from a more reputable vendor when I order this pair again in my size. Very disappointed with this purchase. MetroShoeWarehouse has great prices, but don't order unless you are 100% sure of your size.
